Adobe CX Enterprise AI suite launches as AI rivalry intensifies

Adobe has introduced a new set of tools called the Adobe CX Enterprise AI suite, aimed at helping corporate clients automate and personalize digital marketing tasks. The move comes as competition increases from AI-focused rivals such as Anthropic and OpenAI.

The launch arrives during a volatile period for software stocks, as investors assess how quickly AI products can replace or streamline work traditionally handled by people.

Adobe shares rose 2.2% in morning trading on Monday. Even with that gain, the stock had declined about 30% this year as of the previous close.

What the Adobe CX Enterprise AI suite does

According to Adobe, the new platform uses AI agents to help businesses manage customer interactions more efficiently. That includes automating workflows and improving how brands engage with users across digital channels.

The company is positioning the suite as a tool for enterprises that want faster, more personalized customer experiences while reducing manual effort.

Adobe expands partnerships across major platforms

Adobe also said it is working with several technology partners so the new system can operate across multiple platforms. Those partners include Amazon, Microsoft, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Nvidia.

That cross-platform approach could make the offering more attractive for large businesses already using a mix of enterprise software and cloud tools.

Competition is moving fast in AI design tools

The pressure on Adobe is growing as newer AI companies expand into creative and marketing workflows. On Friday, Anthropic introduced Claude Design, an experimental feature that lets users create visuals such as prototypes, slide decks, and one-page documents through its chatbot.

That highlights how quickly the market is evolving—and why established players like Adobe are moving aggressively to strengthen their AI portfolios.
