A unit in an Artificial Neural Network that processes multiple input values and generates a single output value. Each neuron performs a weighted sum of its inputs, applies an activation function, and passes the result to the next layer in the network. Neurons are the fundamental building blocks of neural networks, enabling them to learn and make predictions.
