OpenAI is strengthening its enterprise strategy with the launch of the OpenAI Frontier Alliance, a new initiative designed to help companies move beyond experimental AI pilots and adopt full-scale artificial intelligence solutions across core business operations.

The program brings together OpenAI and four of the world’s largest consulting firms to accelerate enterprise AI adoption through deeper integration, hands-on implementation, and workforce training.

The OpenAI Frontier Alliance is built around OpenAI’s new Frontier platform and includes partnerships with global consulting leaders Boston Consulting Group (BCG), McKinsey, Accenture and Capgemini.

The initiative pairs OpenAI’s forward-deployed engineers with consulting teams to help businesses embed AI agents into critical operations such as software development, sales and customer support. The goal is to move companies from isolated AI experiments toward enterprise-wide transformation.

According to OpenAI, the Frontier platform includes a “context layer” that connects corporate data and applications, addressing a major barrier to AI adoption. The system enables companies to build AI agents capable of sharing skills and memory across workflows while monitoring performance through an observability framework.

Products such as ChatGPT Enterprise are also included within the offering.

She said enterprises require structured guidance to successfully scale AI adoption and integrate the technology into their operations. Under the initiative, OpenAI engineers will collaborate with consulting teams to train employees and support implementation processes.
