Saaras V3, its upgraded voice recognition model, now supports all 22 scheduled Indian languages. It includes real-time streaming, mixed-language handling, word-level timestamps, automatic language detection, and multi-speaker diarization.

Bulbul V3, the company’s latest text-to-speech model, reportedly achieved the highest listener preference and lowest error rates in an independent human listening survey.

Sarvam Vision, a 3-billion parameter vision-language model, has also been introduced. The company claims it sets a new benchmark for Indian language digitalization while remaining competitive with leading English-language systems.

Sarvam’s conversational agent platform, Samvaad, now powers more than a million minutes of conversations daily. Use cases range from 24/7 sales assistants to hybrid onboarding through phone and WhatsApp.

The company reports that 80% of calls handled by its agents are comparable to human interactions. In commercial deployments, agents have reportedly doubled sales interest capture rates and improved customer engagement metrics by over five percentage points.

Sarvam AI describes its long-term mission as building a full-stack sovereign AI platform rooted in Indian languages and datasets.

The company has signed strategic agreements with the governments of Tamil Nadu and Odisha to develop computing infrastructure, sovereign models, and institutional AI adoption at scale. Rather than limiting AI to pilot projects, the goal is statewide deployment across agencies.

Sarvam also introduced Arya, its multi-agent orchestration platform. In internal benchmarks, Arya combined with GPT-4.1 mini reportedly achieved five times higher accuracy at roughly one-tenth the cost of Claude Code with agent swarm on standard ETL tasks.
